ABOUT ME
I know what it feels like to live between two worlds.
There is the rational, analytical side of me... the one who works in Controlling, loves structure, and enjoys solving complex problems with logic and clear thinking.

And then there is the other side... the one who has always sensed that there is something more. The one who finds answers in stillness that the mind alone cannot provide.
​
For a long time, I believed I had to choose between the two. Today, I know that bringing them together is one of my greatest strengths.
​
My own journey began in 2012 with an unexpected awakening. Suddenly, life no longer worked the way I had always known it. The structures I had relied on began to fall away, and I found myself standing at a crossroads.
​I could continue holding on to what no longer felt true... or I could follow the call of my soul.
And it led me on a spiritual journey that invited me deeper and deeper into my own truth.
​
Layer by layer, I began to release old conditioning, question inherited beliefs, and free myself from everything that had never truly belonged to me.​
It was a process of shedding... letting go of what was not mine until I could finally reconnect with what had always been there beneath it all. ​My true essence.
​
Along the way, I discovered the Akashic Records... Or perhaps they found me.
WHY I UNDERSTAND THIS JOURNEY
As a sensitive woman walking a spiritual path, I know the quiet doubts and inner struggles that can arise along the way.

"Am I imagining this, or is there really something more?"
"Why do I sometimes feel so different from everyone else?"
"How can I trust my inner knowing when the world around me is so loud?"

I know the endless loops of overthinking that happen when your intuition tells you something, only for your mind to immediately respond with: "But what if I'm wrong?"

I know what it feels like to have profound spiritual experiences and then question them moments later.
I know what it is like to live between different worlds... the everyday world and the spiritual one.
And I know the deep longing for a place where every part of you is welcome.

Most of all, I know what it feels like when you finally stop working against yourself and find your way home. Home to yourself.
MY JOURNEY HOME TO MYSELF
Throughout my spiritual journey, I have had the privilege of learning from many wonderful teachers and guides. Every encounter, every training, and every initiation has led me a little closer to myself.
​
My spiritual path truly began to deepen after my time in England. Even after returning to Germany, I felt drawn back there again and again, as though something on that island was quietly calling me home. There has always been a connection between England and my soul that is difficult to put into words.
It was there that I attended the trainings that shaped me most deeply, including Angelic Reiki, New Shamballa, and Merkabah.
​
That connection to England remains with me to this day. It is the place where important spiritual doors first opened for me, and where my path eventually led me to the Akashic Records and the Soul Realignment® system.
What makes my work unique is not only my training and experience, but the combination of spiritual depth and a grounded understanding of real life. As a mother, partner, and working woman, I know how challenging it can be to integrate spiritual insights into everyday life.

I live this balance myself... between the mystical world of the Akashic Records and the practical realities of daily life.

That is why I help women not only discover their spiritual gifts, but also learn how to embody and live them in a way that feels natural, sustainable, and aligned with who they are.

MY WORLD
Personally:
A Taurus Sun and a Human Design 6/2 Projector, I am drawn to beauty, depth, and truth. Home is a lovingly restored historic timber-framed house in Minden, Germany, where my husband, our six-year-old son, and I share a life filled with both everyday moments and a touch of magic.

Professionally:
A blend of structure and spirit. Mornings are spent in the world of Controlling, afternoons in Akashic Records readings and energetic work. Rather than existing in opposition, these two worlds continually enrich one another.
​
Spiritually:
England has always held a special place in my heart. It is where some of my most profound spiritual initiations took place and where many important doors first opened on my path. I am deeply inspired by creativity, beautiful design, and anything that helps make energy visible and tangible. And I will never say no to a meaningful conversation.

What I Believe:
Healing is not about becoming someone new. It is a return to what has always been there. You do not need to become more. You simply need to remember who you have always been.
