Activated Spirit is a 60 minute 1:1 session where we find exactly where your fire went and begin bringing it back.

Through an honest look at where you've been leaking your energy, where you've been watering yourself down, where you've been keeping yourself so carefully contained that the most electric parts of you have had nowhere to go.
​
We'll talk about where you are right now and what's actually feeling flat. Then we go deeper into where the dimming started, what you've been giving away and calling responsibility, where your gifts have been squeezed into rules and structures that were never built for them.
​
You'll leave with real clarity on what's been holding you back and a felt sense of what becomes possible when you stop making yourself so small. I'll give you something practical to take away, something you can actually do to start interrupting the patterns that have been keeping you contained.

We start with where you are right now, what feels flat, suppressed or stuck, and what you're genuinely longing for underneath that.

Then we look honestly at where your energy has been going. Where you've been conforming instead of expressing. Where you've been giving your fire away piece by piece and calling it being responsible, being realistic, being a good mother or partner or professional.

You'll receive clarity, honest reflection and a real picture of what's been keeping you contained and what your next steps actually look like.

Each session is unique and may include spirit guide channeling, akashic insights or deeper energy work.

I know this feeling.
​
I was that woman too. Vibrant, curious, spontaneous. Someone who tried new things, met new people, said yes to life without overthinking it. Someone who had opinions and shared them, who took up space without apologising for it.
​
At some point that changed. Not dramatically, not all at once. Gradually. A little piece here, another there. Life got fuller, responsibilities grew, the time I gave to myself shrank. I adapted, to expectations, to roles, to a version of myself that functioned but didn't feel fully alive anymore.
​
It took me a long time to understand what had happened. Because from the outside it all looked normal. Because everyone around me lived the same way. Because I had convinced myself this is just what life looks like when you grow up.
But somewhere deep down I knew that wasn't true.
​
The turning point didn't come through another book or another course. It came through the willingness to actually look. At where I was leaking my energy. At where I was holding myself back. At where I had squeezed my gifts into frameworks that were never really built for them.
​
When I started allowing my own fierce, electric side back in, something essential shifted. Not because I became someone new, but because I stopped moving so far away from myself.
​
Today I sit with women in exactly that moment. When they can feel there's more but don't know how to get back to it. When the fire is still there but has gone so quiet they can barely hear it anymore.
​
I'm not a therapist and I won't hand you a ready-made answer. I hold a space where you find your own.
